Deepika Padukone has been chosen as a  member of the jury at this year's Cannes Festival. The actress  has appeared in more than 30 feature films, including Piku, Padmavaat, and most recently Gehraiyaan.

Padukone was named one of Time Magazine's "100 Most Influential People" in 2018. For her work in movies and entertainment, she  received the TIME 100 Impact Award.

"The Live Love Laugh Foundation" was founded by her in 2015, and its programs and projects are aimed at reducing stigma around mental illness and promoting the importance of mental health. As one of the most popular and successful actresses in Indian cinema, Padukone has been hailed as a modern-day icon. Louis Vuitton has hired Padukone as its first Indian House Ambassador. The award-winning actress begins an exciting new phase of her journey with Louis Vuitton after a strong collaborative connection with the Maison, including an appearance in Nicolas Ghesquière's novel-inspired Pre-Fall 2020 campaign.

The Dauphine is brought to life by three globally recognized actors, each representing a different aspect of the femme Dauphine. This is Deepika Padukone at her most free-spirited, with Dauphine in hand, ready to take on the day. This year's House Ambassadors are Oscar winner Emma Stone and Zhou Dongyu of contemporary Chinese cinema, both of whom turn to the grace and strength of Louis Vuitton's women as they navigate the world and its universes.
