The Indian entertainment business has seen its share of untimely deaths that have shocked the public. Today,we present a list of celebrities whose final films were released after their deaths.

The iconic actor Rishi Kapoor is the first on the list.His film  Sharmaji Namkeen released on 31st March on Amazon Prime Video. Unfortunately, the actor passed away before completing the filming of Sharmaji Namkeen, and so  Paresh Rawal shot the remaining scenes.

Sushant Singh Rajput

Dil Bechara, Sushant Singh Rajput's final film, was released after his death. It set a number of records. Mukesh Chhabra is the director of the film.

Madhubala

Madhubala, one of India's most beautiful and talented actresses, died in 1969. Jwala, her final film, came out two years later, in 1971.

Meena Kumari

In 1972, Meena Kumari passed away. Her final film, Gomti Kinari, was released a few months after her death.

Irrfan Khan

The most recent Irrfan Khan film was launched on the OTT platform. Murder at Teesri Manzil 302 starred Ranvir Shorey, Deepal Shaw, and Lucky Ali, among others.
