The Kashmir Files Director Vivek Agnihotri’s Project: The Delhi Files

The Kashmir Files, directed by Vivek Agnihotri, was a huge success at the box office. The director unveiled his upcoming project, The Delhi Files, in a new Instagram post today, April 15. “I thank all the people who owned #TheKashmirFiles. For the last 4 yrs, we worked very hard with utmost honesty & sincerity. I may have spammed your TL but it’s important to make people aware of the GENOCIDE & injustice done to Kashmiri Hindus. It’s time for me to work on a new film. #TheDelhiFiles (sic).”
The Kashmir Files chronicles the narrative of the atrocities committed against Kashmiri Pandits during the Kashmir uprising in 1990. Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Darshan Kumar, and Pallavi Joshi are among the cast members. A heartbreaking account of the plight of Kashmiri Pandits.
Vivek Agnihotri came to Twitter to offer behind-the-scenes footage from the shooting of The Kashmir Files, calling the film the "biggest charity" and a "social service." The description stated, "The unit began collapsing due to severe weather on the third day of filming for #TheKashmirFiles. I spoke to the unit for 2 minutes about our reason for producing TKF, and the efficiency increased to 200 percent. A standing ovation is in order for the young unit's sacrifice and service.
