'Black Adam' Trailer

The first trailer for Black Adam, starring Dwayne Johnson as a strong DC anti-hero, has been released. The teaser introduces us to Black Adam, a man on a vengeance spree after the death of his kid in a terrorist strike. In addition, the clip shows a few members of the Justice Society of America in their first big-screen appearance.

"What have your powers ever brought you?" asks Doctor Fate, Pierce Brosnan's character in Black Adam, in the film's much-anticipated trailer. The film stars Dwayne Johnson, who plays the titular character.

"Nothing but Heartbreak" is Fate's message to Black Adam as he is submerged in the liquid. He tweeted a link to the trailer, which he posted to his Twitter account "Here it is, the first official trailer for our next film, Black Adam. The DC Universe's power structure will change as a result of my involvement in this initiative. A hero was desperately required. It was infected with Black Adam's rage.

5,000 years after he was imprisoned, the film will reintroduce Johnson's character, Black Adam, who will be seen for the first time in the film's trailer. A peek of Black Adam's rebirth can be seen in the trailer, which has Johnson's voice "Until I died, I was a slave. After that, I was reincarnated as a deity. The clip then hints at Adam's son's sacrifice in order to save his father's life, further expanding on his terrible story. Dwayne Johnson may be seen fighting spaceships in the trailer's action feats, which are quite impressive.

Movies based on comic books have become increasingly popular, as everyone knows. This has led to a slew of cinematic worlds currently vying for supremacy at the box office. However, this includes the DC Extended Universe, which was just delayed (again). The producer of Dwayne Johnson's highly anticipated DC debut, Black Adam, has now stated why the film has been delayed.

With Dwayne Johnson on board for years, Black Adam has finally begun production after years of speculation. Moviegoers will have to wait a little longer as the release date of The Rock's new film has been moved back to October.

For far too long, Black Adam has been stuck in production limbo. He was on the verge of either being introduced in another film or getting his own, but there was always something holding the project back.

While it's been a bumpy ride for the DCEU, which began with 2013's Man of Steel, a shift is underway that could help it get back on track. For this new era, DC has confirmed The Flash, Aquaman 2, Batgirl Blue Beetle, and now Black Adam to be their next flicks.

Finding a leading man hasn't been a problem for Black Adam. When New Line Cinema was developing a live-action Shazam! film that would have introduced Black Adam, Dwayne Johnson was attached to play the lead role. Peter Segal had been signed up to direct the film and it appeared that production was about to begin, but it was eventually canceled in 2009, just as the superhero craze was getting started.

As Black Adam was still intended to be presented in Shazam! with the success of Man of Steel, the production was revived with Johnson still interested to play him. Even though he didn't appear in Shazam!, Black Adam's solo feature was revealed in 2017 to be part of the DCEU, therefore the film helped set the stage for his solo adventure. Shazam! and Suicide Squad 2 (before James Gunn was recruited in as director) were teased to have Black Adam make a cameo appearance, but that never happened. In June of this year, Collet-Serra was announced as the film's director, and Johnson himself said that production on Black Adam will begin in July of that year, with Warner Bros. announcing an official release date a few weeks after that date was announced.

Despite the fact that Black Adam was initially planned to be presented with Shazam, it seems strange that the studio continued delaying his entrance because Shazam! couldn't find its way out of production purgatory, even if Johnson had already signed on to star. Another reason for Johnson's long delays on Black Adam is the fact that he has been working nonstop for the past decade. The wait is finally over, and Black Adam is set to enter the DCEU and, perhaps, help strengthen the DC Universe.

Additionally, the release date for Black Adam has been announced. A Warner Bros. India tweet indicates that the film will be released in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu theaters on October 21, 2022.
