Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One trailer is out

The first trailer for Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning Part One has been released following the release of Top Gun: Maverick. (2022)
Dead Reckoning is the seventh installment of the hugely popular spy thriller series about Impossible Missions Force agent Ethan Hunt (IMF). Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, and Vanessa Kirby all are seen in the trailer. A tense encounter between Cruise's Hunt and Henry Czerny, who played IMF head Eugene Kittridge in the 1996 original Mission Impossible, is also shown in the video.
“Your days of fighting for the so-called ‘Greater Good’ are over,” Czerny says to Cruise in the trailer. “This is our chance to control the truth. The concepts of right and wrong, for everyone for centuries to come. You’re fighting to save an ideal that doesn’t exist. It never did. You need to pick a side.”
There isn't a lot of information in the teaser concerning the plot, but we do get our first glance at several new cast members, including Hayley Atwell, who plays Grace, and Esai Morales, who plays the film's principal antagonist. In addition to a sniper battle in the middle of a desert storm, there is talk of a fistfight in a nightclub and a chase on top of a speeding train. To close, we see actor and stuntman Chris "Cruise" Cruise driving his motorcycle off of a cliff and flying to the ground below.
Christopher McQuarrie, who previously directed two Mission: Impossible films Rogue Nation (2015) and Fallout (2018), wrote and directed the latest one. Dead Reckoning: Part One , which is due to hit the theaters on July 14 next year, will be followed by Dead Reckoning: Part Two . Part Two, which is likely to be Cruise's final appearance as Ethan Hunt, has already got a tentative release date of June 2024. Dead Reckoning: Part One is produced by Cruise, McQuarrie, J.J. Abrams, David Ellison, and Jake Meyers, and distributed by Paramount Pictures.
